Customer Contact Reports provide a reliable and comprehensive way to track and evaluate vital information from key accounts.

  • Customer Contact Reports are integrated into Pinsonault Associates Today’s Accounts application resulting in critical plan data being automatically pre-populated into each call report expediting the report process
  • The ability to customize and generate reports based on Meeting Type, Meeting Activity, Time Frame, Market Segment, Product(s), Meeting Outcome and by Follow-up. Each response is pre-determined with a drop down list of potential answers making it quick and easy to input call information and generate meaningful reporting
  • Pie charts of specific, or all, account manager activity can be displayed and exported into PowerPoint or e-mailed for quick viewing and reporting. This feature provides managers the ability to measure call activity against specific goals or look at account manager activity compared to their peers
